TMS covers four layers of user roles which are as mentioned below:
Super Admin
The Super Admin is the highest level of authority in the TMS. They have full control and access to all system functionalities, including user management, system configuration, and overall administration. They can manage and assign roles to other users, create and manage courses, generate reports, and perform system-wide settings and customizations.
The main job of the super admin is to:
1. configure the basic setting of the organization such as the organization's logo & contact information, File storage, SMTP, Zoom Setting, and Zoom License.
2. add Admin user into the system.
3. review the training/certificates submitted by the trainer/trainee
Admin:
Admins are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the TMS. They have administrative privileges and can perform tasks such as user management, course creation and scheduling, enrollment management, and generating basic reports. Admins work closely with trainers and trainees to ensure smooth training delivery and address any technical or logistical issues.
The main responsibility of the Admin is to :
1. add new users to the system,
2. create a group and identify a trainer for the group.
3. review the training/certificates submitted by the trainer/trainee
Trainer:
Trainers play a crucial role in delivering training content and interacting with trainees. They have access to course materials, scheduling tools, and communication features within the TMS. Trainers can create and manage training sessions, upload course content, track trainee progress, provide feedback, and facilitate discussions. They have limited administrative privileges specific to their assigned courses or training programs.
Trainee:
Trainees are the primary audience of the TMS, representing individuals or employees participating in training programs. They have access to the courses they are enrolled in and can view the course content, complete assessments or assignments, participate in discussions, and track their own progress. Trainees may have limited administrative capabilities, such as updating their profiles or accessing training completion certificates.
