TMS Setup Within Organization

The Vurilo team will install the TMS at your location and provide you with the Super Admin user's login credentials. After receiving your Super Admin Credentials, you can proceed to configure the basic settings of your organization, including:
1. Set up the General setting of your organization
Using this feature, the user has the ability to configure the organization's logo, address, and email signature.
2. Set Up Zoom Setting.
Utilize this feature to personalize vital zoom-related information, such as API Key, ABI Secret, SDI Key, Webhook Verification Key, etc.
3. Set up Zoom License
This feature enables users to add a Zoom license, allowing them to utilize the license while creating live sessions.4. Setup SMTP (With this feature, users can customize and set up the email server settings to enable the sending and receiving of emails within the application)
5. Setup File Storage
This feature allows users to provide the required information and access credentials, enabling them to connect and engage with the designated file storage server.
6. Add Admin users.
Use this feature to add admin users. After creating an admin user, they will receive an email containing their login credentials. As an admin user, you can create a group and assign a trainer to it, along with accessing other functionalities. Once the admin assigns a trainer to a specific group, the trainer can proceed by creating training with essential details, including lessons, assignments, exams, etc., and conduct the training.
