Group Management
In the Groups menu, users can find a list of all the groups they are a part of. They will be able to see the members of each group. Additionally, users can search for specific enrolled groups using the search functionality.
Super admin and admin users can create edit delete groups whereas the trainers and trainees can view only the group to which they are assigned. Super admin/Admin users can quickly create groups within their organization and share the learning materials with specific groups and collaborate effectively i.e. super admin and admin users have full control of the group and the trainers can add group members, training, and attachments to which they are assigned.
Features:
Add New Group:
Users can quickly create groups within your organization and share the learning materials with specific groups and collaborate effectively. It allows you to create any such groups and each one of the groups can be managed independently.
Edit Group:
By accessing the Edit Group feature, the admin and super admin can make changes to group names, and descriptions. They can also adjust group members, training, and attachments within the group.
Delete Group:
By accessing the delete group feature, the admin and super admin can remove the group from the system.
Add Members within the Group:
Users(super admin, admin & Trainer) can add members from the "Members" tab of the groups setting page. This group is visible only to these added group members.
Add Training within the group:
Users(super admin, admin & Trainer) can add training from the "Training" tab of the groups setting page. This Training is visible only to the members of this group.
Add Attachments within the group:
Users(super admin, admin & Trainer) can add attachments from the "Attachments" tab of the groups setting page. This attachment is visible only to the members of this group.
